Looking Back When we look back on our eTwinning project HerStory Across Borders, we do not remember only the presentations, digital tools, or final products. We remember our students’ excitement, their growing confidence, their creativity and the pride they felt while sharing their work. As an eTwinning team, we believe this project became much more than a school activity. It connected teachers and students from different countries, encouraged collaboration and helped young people discover inspiring stories while believing in their own potential. Tina Parać is an English and Italian teacher at OŠ Kneza Trpimira, Croatia, passionate about innovative teaching and international collaboration. Since joining eTwinning in 2017, she has successfully led and participated in projects recognised with National and European Quality Labels, including the 2025 COMET Award-winning project“ Animal Mode”. She is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire students’ creativity, curiosity, and growth.

eTwinning Projects: A Year of European Collaboration and Innovation by Alina Ștefania Lazăr

During the 2025 – 2026 school year, I coordinated three eTwinning projects that brought together students, teachers and partner schools from across Europe: STEAM Adventure, Infinity of Math and Geo-Architecture. Each project explored a different thematic area, yet all shared the same educational vision: to promote creativity, digital competence, intercultural collaboration and meaningful learning experiences. This article presents an overview of the objectives, activities and impact of these projects, highlighting their contribution to the development of 21st-century skills and to the European dimension of education.
The project S. T. E. A. M.- Adventure integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics into a unified learning experience. Students engaged in scientific experiments, engineering challenges, artistic creations and digital tasks that encouraged them to explore the world through curiosity and innovation. The project aimed to develop scientific thinking, creativity and digital literacy while strengthening collaboration between partner schools. Through online meetings, shared activities and joint products, students discovered how STEAM disciplines connect to real-life situations
