Students candidly discuss what it is like to be a student nowadays and share funny stories from the classroom. We also look toward the future by exploring what comes after graduation, while also addressing personal growth through a piece on the top ten qualities of a good friend.
Promoting eco-friendly innovations Environmental awareness is a crucial core theme for these young journalists. The project focuses on a sustainable lifestyle and offers actionable green advice. Specifically, the participants outline five eco-sustainable ideas for our schools to inspire real change in their local communities.
My contribution to the project consisted in coordinating students to write articles that outline the manner in which artificial
intelligence shapes daily life, healthcare, transportation, and education as well as encouraging them to think about the way in which AI contributes to the ability of machines to learn, reason, and make decisions to complete tasks usually requiring human intelligence. In daily life, AI enhances healthcare by analysing medical data for faster diagnoses, and it improves transportation through selfdriving cars, traffic management, and route planning.
Within education, AI acts as a valuable tool that provides quick answers, explains difficult lessons, and helps students find information across diverse subjects. Additionally, it exposes learners to multiple perspectives – such as different ways to solve a math problem – which fosters critical thinking and a deeper understanding. However, while AI brings substantial benefits to society, its rapid growth requires careful ethical management.
There are specific advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in learning and daily routines.
On the positive side, AI tools help users by explaining complex concepts, translating text, and providing 24 / 7 accessibility for studying and problemsolving without waiting for human assistance.
However, I warn against heavy reliance on AI; it can hinder critical thinking, reduce essential communication with peers, and produce confident but incorrect facts. Furthermore, using AI to finish
