Watching a teenager who, until yesterday, thought programming " just wasn ' t for them " proudly watch their robot cross the finish line is one of those rewards that keep teachers in the classroom even after twenty years. Once again, eTwinning gave us a framework in which classrooms from three countries turn into one shared workbench – and that, I believe, is a story worth sharing.
Different Steps on the Same Path by Gabriela Mirela Jugar
This project emphasized that despite our differences, we are all on the same path and aims to create an inclusive learning environment that recognized mainly the uniqueness of each individual’ s developmental journey.
Dalibor Todorović is a computer science educator from Niš, Serbia, and Serbia ' s first eTwinning ambassador, a role he has held for 11 years. He teaches programming at Grammar School " 9. maj," champions project-based STEM learning, and helps shape education policy as a Scientix and Erasmus + ambassador, teacher trainer, and IT textbooks content creator. His work also spans cybersecurity, media literacy, and digital inclusion projects, earning him recognitions such as Best Educator of Serbia and the European Commission ' s " eSkills for Jobs " award.
The“ Different Steps on the Same Path” project was a learning platform where all participants act with mutual respect, cooperation, and a sense of responsibility. To maintain our Twin Space as an efficient, safe, and positive working environment, the fundamental rules to be followed by all partners( teachers and pupils) were outlined on the second page of the fifteen created for this project. These rules ensured the smooth progress of our international collaboration.
