The“ Partners, School Introductions and Our Cities” page was a place where all participating schools and their pupils could introduce themselves and shared their thoughts about their local environment. Each school had thus a dedicated space to introduce themselves. Here, each partner could showcase their city through videos, presentations, or digital posters. They shared what makes their city unique- its landmarks, culture, and daily life.
“ Our Work Calendar” was a crucial page for keeping our project on track and ensuring smooth collaboration between all partners. Here, we found a clear summary of our project timeline and key milestones. This schedule provided a detailed list of the main activities, tasks, and meetings to be held each month, from the project’ s inception in September to its completion in April. Key dates, such as meeting schedules and product delivery dates, have been highlighted to help everyone work efficiently and in a coordinated manner. Our Idea Sharing and Planning Padlet was a dynamic space where we could freely share our ideas, brainstorm together, and make our eTwinning project work more efficiently throughout our activities.
This was a collaborative brainstorming board where every partner’ s voice is heard, and their contribution is valued. Together we all could seek solutions and support each other. We were on the same path, and we could overcome our challenges together.
“ Role Breakdown” page was designed to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each partner throughout the project. A clear division of duties ensured effective collaboration and smooth management of all project components. This section clearly defined the distribution of roles and responsibilities among partners. We found details such as who coordinates certain activities( e. g.,“ Slogan Time!”), who leads the use of specific digital tools, or who is responsible for final products like the e-magazine.
Gabriela Mirela Jugar is a teacher at“ Constantin Noica” High School Sibiu, Romania, coordinator of the Erasmus + projects“ Ecological Literacy” 2016- 2018,“ Folklorica” 2019-2021 and“ RELIABLE” 2024-2025. Registered on the eTwinning platform on November 11th, 2007, she has been involved in 153 eTwinning projects so far and has received several National and European eTwinning Quality Labels. Gabriela Mirela Jugar has applied for her school accreditation and it was accepted until 2027.
