Maria Tsolaki is a kindergarten teacher at the 9th Kindergarten of Naoussa, Greece, with 16 years of experience in education, including her first two years in special education. She holds a Master ' s degree in Special Education and Multicultural Education and is actively involved in educational projects that promote innovation, inclusion, and collaboration. She has a particular interest in outdoor learning, STEM education, coding, and computational thinking in early childhood education. Through national and European projects, she seeks to create engaging, hands-on, and inclusive learning experiences that support the participation and development of all children. Her work focuses on integrating creative and interdisciplinary approaches into everyday classroom practice, encouraging young learners to explore, collaborate, solve problems, and develop essential skills for the future.
The eTwinning project " AI & CreaTech " aimed to promote the intelligent integration of traditional digital tools and artificial intelligence-based applications into the educational process, contributing to the development of students ' and teachers ' digital, creative, and collaborative competences. The project encouraged the ethical, responsible, and innovative use of technology and AI tools in teaching and learning activities while fostering cooperation among partner schools from different countries and facilitating the exchange of good practices. The resources and educational materials developed within the project supported the diversification of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies, facilitated the integration of modern technologies into classroom practice, and contributed to the development of the key competences required in the 21st century. At the same time, the project strengthened the European dimension of education by promoting international cooperation and the exchange of experience among partner institutions.
