Moreover, according to the students’ final feedback of the“ Green Goals & Eco Serves” eTwinning project, the project was a highly effective and motivating educational journey successfully merging sustainability education, international teamwork and skill-building, delivering lasting value for our future.

Aikaterini Rentzela is teaching English as a foreign language to students of level 2, at the 1 st Junior High School of Vari, Greece. She is interested in the use of multiple types of instructional material and tools, in the integration of ICT in teaching, in the CLIL methodology, in the cross-curricular approach in teaching through eTwinning projects since students’ language learning is strengthened and enhanced through their collaboration with European partners.
Finally, our e-book mirrors the participants’ collaborative activities reflecting creativity, strategical evaluation and dedicate efforts to long-term environmental responsibility.
Maria Goreti Alves is a Biology and Geology teacher at Agrupamento de Escolas de Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal. Since joining eTwinning in 2016, she has been committed to creating innovative, cross-curricular learning experiences that combine science, sustainability, digital technologies, and international collaboration, empowering students to become active, responsible European citizens.
