Marianna Tarné Éder has been an elementary school teacher for nearly 40 years. Throughout her career, she has continuously learned new things because she has always been interested in new challenges. These have included project-based learning, alternative pedagogical approaches, technology-enhanced education, as well as local and international educational collaborations. Since 2000, she has been actively involved in such collaborative projects together with my students, including eTwinning projects and Microsoft Skype-a- Thon initiatives.

In contemporary education, active and student-centred learning strategies play a crucial role in developing critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative skills. Among these strategies, role-playing represents an effective pedagogical method that encourages experiential learning and active participation in the educational process. By simulating real-life situations and scientific phenomena, students are motivated to explore knowledge through observation, investigation, and creative expression.
