• Aesthetic-Creative – constantly present in artistic and plastic education activities( painted vases, shadow theatre, masks), where children practiced various techniques of artistic expression.
• Psychomotor – integrated through movement activities( The Joy Dance, traditional games from Athena ' s Wise Play Chain), carried out outside, with natural materials.
• People and Society – supported by activities with an explicit civic stake: the democratic voting exercise " What Gift Do We Want for Our City?", in which children practiced, at an age-appropriate level, notions of collective choice and respect for the opinion of others, as well as the activity dedicated to Internet Safety Day.
Children ' s contribution and the digital environment The children ' s contribution to the final products of the project was direct and constantly documented: each kindergarten added its own letter made of natural materials to the collective logo of the project, its own contribution-memory in the form of a flower in the final garden " Gaia ' s Garden "( where the 16 kindergartens each added a flower symbolizing their favourite memory from the activities completed) and its own chapter in the collaborative shadow story " Gaia ' s Black Theatre ". Being a project carried out with preschoolers from six countries, the technology was constantly mediated by the teachers, but the creative decisions remained with the children, who actively participated, guided, at each digital stage.
The project themes were also communicated to families( for example, through the activity " Wishes of Light and Tradition Across Europe "), but their role was complementary, consolidating the learning already done in the group, thus respecting the requirement that the real involvement of the children should take place, for the most part, during the school program.
Impact of the project The impact on children was visible, convergently, in all 16 partner kindergartens, at the level of communication, artistic expression and logical thinking skills practiced through the four mythological chapters: children
