New SU facilities on the rise ! The Philip A . Zaffere Library begins to take shape this August at Owings Mills North .
Campus Expansion
We are excited about the new facilities that will be transforming the Owings Mills campus over the next year . Foundation work on the new 42,000-squarefoot Philip A . Zaffere at Owings Mills North ( see above photo left of center ) and construction of a new road connecting Owings Mills North and the new Owings Mills East campus sports complex are underway .

New Bachelor ’ s Program in Healthcare Management
With the expansion of the nation ’ s healthcare sector and the demand for qualified professionals in all areas of healthcare administration , Stevenson has launched a new major , the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management . The program draws on Stevenson ’ s strengths in business and healthcare through our Brown School of Business and Leadership , Berman School of Nursing and Health Professions , and our established master ’ s program in Healthcare Management . The major provides a strong foundation in healthcare administration and includes courses in accounting , finance , healthcare management , healthcare marketing , economics , healthcare information systems , healthcare regulations , and ethics and law . The degree is designed to make undergraduates ready for career opportunities across the healthcare sector , from health insurers , hospitals , and medical centers to physician and specialty practices , rehabilitation , and long-term care centers .
