BEL Valves has seen products installed in two major North

Sea oil field developments. The Newcastle( UK) based business,

which manufactures high integrity valves, complete with actuation and control systems for oil and gas and hydrogen and carbon capture installations, was able to design, develop, manufacture and supply bespoke small bore needle valves and gate valves for Subsea7. BEL Valves’ products have been installed in the Belinda and Bittern oil fields, both of which are situated 190km east of

Aberdeen and will supply the Triton floating production storage and offloading( FPSO) vessel when they become operational in early 2026. Designed for heavy duty on / off applications in the challenging subsea environment, the BEL Valves subsea Gate Valve range can be supplied in bore sizes from ∞” to 36”. Its Needle Valves suit bore sizes of ∞”,

/ 4” and 1” and have a pressure rating up to 15,000psi.

Teadit recently hosted its Annual Distributor Event to celebrate the opening of a new facility in Vadodara, India. Titled‘ Our Partnership in Success’, the event brought together company leadership, top distributors, partners, staff members, and key representatives over the course of two days. The highlight of day one was a gala dinner that served as the

ideal platform for the Teadit global leadership team, local staff, and distributors to network and connect. Day Two featured several presentations, including business and plant overviews in addition to a tour of the facility. The event concluded with an Awards Ceremony where Teadit representatives honored distributors for their outstanding support and partnership.

Technology group Wärtsilä and TMS Cardiff Gas have renewed their existing Lifecycle Agreement, covering the 2-stroke main engines onboard seven LNG Carrier vessels, for a further five years. The agreement is designed to ensure the vessels’ maximum operational reliability by enabling flexible maintenance scheduling and optimising time

between overhauls( TBO). The renewed order was booked by Wärtsilä in Q3 2025. LNG carrier operators must navigate regulatory, environmental, and geopolitical challenges, along with intense competition from oversupply. This creates pressure to deliver on time while also remaining adaptable.

Burckhardt Compression has opened two new regional service centres in Sarnia, Ontario, and in Pottstown, Pennsylvania,- alongside the recent acquisition of Advanced Compressor Technology in the USA. The 1,200 m 2 regional service centre in Sarnia, Ontario,

marks a significant step in expanding the compay’ s Canadian operations. The new hub offers sales, testing, and maintenance support, complementing the company’ s existing facilities in Drumheller and Edmonton. With this Eastern Canadian site,

Burckhardt Compression aims to reduce shipping times and costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability for customers in the region. In the USA, Burckhardt Compression opened a 11,000 sq. ft. service center in Pottstown,

Pennsylvania. The fully equipped and certified facility provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upgrade solutions for all types and brands of reciprocating compressors, ranging from valve and packing case refurbishments to full compressor overhauls.
