PDC acquires fluid flow provider Resenex

PDC , a contract manufacturer specialising in precision injection moulding , has acquired Resenex , expanding its fluid management solutions portfolio . The terms of the transaction were not disclosed . Founded in 1981 by Pradip Choksi , Resenex manufactures plastic fluid flow products including check valves , adjustable pressure relief valves , shielded connectors and tethered caps for medical and industrial applications . The company ’ s high-flow check valves and shielded connectors serve biopharmaceutical , infusion , wound care , surgical and invitro diagnostic applications . Recently relocated from Chatsworth , California to Scottsdale , Arizona in July 2024 , Resenex offers both standard and customised products using patented technology . PDC , backed by Vance Street Capital , brings over 30 years of experience working with complex materials such as PEEK , COP and COC . The company operates under ISO 13485:2016 quality system standards , specialising in precision injection moulding and value-added assembly for medical device and life science markets .
Oliver Twinsafe delivers super duplex valves
Oliver Twinsafe has completed delivery of two 12-inch Class 1500 super duplex valves for Shell ’ s Jackdaw platform in the North Sea . The valves , designed under reference OTS3774 , feature Rotork electric actuators and limit switches on both isolates . The super duplex valves underwent full Design Validation Testing ( DVT ) and comply with Shell ’ s MESC

SPE 77 / 300A requirements . Selected for their corrosion resistance and mechanical strength , the valves are engineered to withstand extreme North Sea conditions . The project demonstrates Oliver Twinsafe ’ s capability in delivering large , complex valves beyond standard pipeline specifications for demanding subsea environments .
