Cashco Acquires 3B Controls; Expands Tank Safety and Storage Portfolio
Cashco, a provider of regulators, control valves, as well as tank safety and storage equipment in Ellsworth, Kansas, has acquired 3B Controls, a UK-based manufacturer of specialized solutions for storage tanks.
The acquisition was made to strengthen Cashco ' s product breadth across pressure / vacuum relief, flame arresting, and gas blanketing services and products. The company will also add a center of production and service excellence in the UK to better serve global markets.
3B Controls maintains a portfolio that includes breather valves, emergency relief products, biogas equipment, inspection, spare parts, and after-sales services. It serves multinational customers across a range of applications, selling to end-users directly and through distributors and EPC firms.
Cashco ' s acquisition of 3B Controls will enable the combined organization to serve its customers with an expansive product suite and technical support.
Neway Breaks Ground for Phase II of High-End Industrial Valve Project
Neway recently broke ground on phase II of the Neway Flow Control high-end industrial valve project to strengthen its supply capacity and establish a stronger position in the global valve market.
Built on the full operation of Phase I, the 329,375 square foot project will integrate intelligent manufacturing systems and Internet of Things( IoT) technologies to build an efficient, flexible, and transparent modern smart factory. Although a completion date has not been announced, once the facility is operational, it’ s expected to achieve an annual output of more than 56,000 units across the company’ s valves, actuators, automation equipment, and system integration.
