MYSTERY EVENT – This particular session’s mystery event was to eliminate a target from a moving vehicle. The first installment required participants to shoot from the bed of a moving truck Recently we had the pleasure of attending the 2nd Edition of the Team: ODX’s Top Sniper Competition at Command Decisions Wargames Center in Taylorsville, North Carolina. After each event we would be awarded points and at the end of the day, of course the scores were tallied and the winner announced. This year’s winners were Stephen “Nessy” Ness and Vincent “White Feather” LaPeccerella. Congratulations Gentlemen! Getting out clean is a military term meaning to exit an area without leaving a footprint of your activity. Today we would use this term literally, since we would have no active shooters to engage us. There would be no way we would get paint on our nice clean clothes, though they may get a little wet, LOL. This event would pit us against ourselves more so than against our competitors. Each team consisted of one Sniper and one Spotter. We would be required to carry everything robin type of configuration. Participants were required to complete the following tasks.
