What Causes Tight Hip Flexors?
It’s a vicious cycle. One that’s super easy to break.
I have to acknowledge that there are some people who jog, lift
weights or hit the gym like twice a day. That’s good and all (and
I actually commend them a lot), but most of these
conventional workouts will still not target your hip flexors. This
is why even though you might spend a lot of time exercising,
you still find it hard to move freely or to assume certain
positions. Your body will continued to be rigid because you
haven’t loosened your hip flexors yet.
Who knew? I certainly didn’t.
I know I was in pain and something was off. I started doing
stretches, Pilates, some yoga moves even to release the
tension. And it worked, to a point. I was able to find some
relief, for a little bit, but the pain would always come back. It
turns out the exercises I was doing, they weren’t the right ones
for my psoas, so they still weren’t helping my back pain,
mobility, or posture in any way.
Then I discovered ‘Unlock Your Hip Flexors’, it was simple and
worked like a charm.
