Of course, just the same as any other muscle, your abs should be trained twice a week and given time to rest but it is what you put into your body the counts the most. It’s the 80/20 rule, 80% of your results come from the kitchen and 20% come from the gym.
Not only will a healthy, nutritional diet make you feel better, but it will help to break down and reduce the fatty tissue stored around your tummy and bring out those abdominal muscles that you weren’t sure really existed.

1.100% commitment – its
not going to work if you
sneak a piece of cake when
no is looking and tell yourself that it’s ‘only one piece, it wont count’. News flash, IT WILL!

2.No processed foods –
cut out anything that
comes in a packet full of
sugar and chemicals you
o not want in your body!
3.Go Gluten free – the human body
finds it hard to fully digest
wheat, leaving it to ferment in
our tummies. Getting rid of it
will also help your
brain power, so if
your finding hard to get
those assignments
done, try going gluten free for a while.
4.Cut out all refined sugars and salt – both ingredients can cause extreme bloating and are
terrible for your health.
Switch to using honey
instead of sugar and
sea salt instead

5.Eat healthy fats – this includes avocado, nuts and olive oil,
although don’t
over do it.
Good fats will
help to burn the
bad fats and are
extremely good for your health.
