Abs are made in the kitchen! Yes that’s right, no matter how many crunches, sit-ups or leg raises you do, you will never see results until you correct your diet! Of course, just the same as any other muscle, your abs should be trained twice a week and given time to rest but it is what you put into your body the counts the most. It’s the 80/20 rule, 80% of your results come from the kitchen and 20% come from the gym.

Not only will a healthy, nutritional diet make you feel better, but it will help to break down and reduce the fatty tissue stored around your tummy and bring out those abdominal muscles that you weren’t sure really existed.
