Spirulina is another superfood, much like Acai boasting lots of antioxidants and health benefits. It is known to improve digestion, clear acne and increase energy. Which would benefit all university students. So whether or not your a hormonal , acne-prone student living off pizza and coffee you should give Spirulina a go.
