Set a time limit.

Set boundaries in your day to day life. Now that you know how much time you spend online. Decide to limit your time and set time restraints for yourself.

Develop a purpose and set goals for your life.

Why are you here and what do you want to do with your life? You have one life to live so consider what you want to do in this one life you have.

Some people’s purpose is to help others. But you don’t necessarily have to know your purpose to set goals. For example, maybe you don’t know your purpose but your goal right now might be to graduate high school and go to college. By setting goals and/or understanding your purpose you can focus your time and energy on what will help you accomplish your goal(s).
