This work enabled the organisers to inform the site design and construction team , ensuring operational requirements were built in and guest experience was protected . The Concept of Operations defines the services that Expo Operations will deliver and sets out the operating plans for all functional areas within Expo Operations . This in turn enabled Expo Operations to develop their business plan , resource plan , roadmap , organization design and budgets .
This same approach needs to be developed for Venues and Pavilion operations . Trivandi was appointed by the New Zealand Government to provide early operational advice on designs for their Pavilion and then to develop the operational plans and lead the management of the 300 strong operational team for the Pavilion . in partnership with
