Mascots-inc studio used the original animation films and created 3D modelling of their characters with slight changes to facial features to replicate them exactly .
In this digital age , if someone sees a character on screen , whether it be a TV , mobile , laptop , if the mascot doesn ’ t look like the character , the magic is lost .
The company have a bespoke approach to manufacturing using Cad / Cam precision and 3D design software , and the heads are made with a special elastomer polymer making them incredibly lightweight for the performers .
