Learning Needs Analysis
UK Coaching conducted the
first-ever independent nationwide
analysis of the coaching workforce’s
learning needs, which revealed
the top priorities for learning and
development against a 30-point
coach self-assessment tool. The
data has been used to inform the
development of UK Coaching’s
learning products to ensure that they
meet the needs of the workforce.
The
Learning Needs Analysis is part of our
Transforming Learning, Transforming
Lives philosophy, which has been used with partners
to embed an insight-led, learner-centred approach to
coach development.
