With a jam-packed schedule and little money, it’s still simple to maintain a fit figure. There’s plenty of ways to get in shape without paying for a gym. No equipment? No problem. These three simple moves will take you from “ok” to “oh, wow!” in no time, without using anything but your own body weight.
Tricep dip - 3 Sets of 15
Works: Triceps, core
Placing your hands on a hard, elevated surface
(table, chair, bench), extend your legs in front
of you. Using your arms, bend elbows 90-degrees
and return to straight arms. Repeat.
