Works: Legs, glutes, arms, core

Performing a full push-up, simultaneously lift one leg off the ground. Repeat lifting the other leg. That is one set.

Sumo-Squat Jacks 3 sets of 20

Works: Thighs, calves, glutes

Placing hands behind your head while in close-legged squat position, jump into a wide squat bending both knees with toes facing outward. Jump back to a close-legged squat position.
