Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you receive from UAB Home Infusion Therapy, please call the pharmacy for assistance:

If an item is delivered in error, damaged, or requested to be returned by a UAB Home Infusion Therapy representative, the item may be replaced, as appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING MEDICATION, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT.
MEDICATIONS Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any medications or supplies, either for refund or credit. By law, once a medication is given to you, it cannot be returned to the pharmacy except to be discarded or returned to the manufacturer in the event of a recall. If an item is delivered in error or damaged – or if we ask you to return the item to our pharmacy – the item may be replaced, as appropriate.
SUPPLIES A sufficient quantity of supplies is provided to you, as ordered by your physician and according to the frequency of your deliveries. Normally, small quantities of extra supplies are provided with your first delivery to cover any accidental waste that may occur.
HOME INFUSION THERAPY EQUIPMENT You should assume that all equipment provided to you is the property of UAB Home Infusion Therapy, unless stated otherwise.
IMPORTANT
• Do not throw away your infusion pump or accessories. Pumps and accessories, such as power packs and IV pole clamps, are loaned to you for your use while receiving home infusion therapy.
• When you are done with your therapy, all equipment must be returned to the pharmacy. Please contact UAB Home Infusion Therapy to arrange for an equipment / pump return.
