COMPLAINT PROCEDURE Your experience with us is very important. We want you to feel comfortable letting us know how we can serve you better, without fear of reprisal, discrimination, or unreasonable interruption of services. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of the service provided by our pharmacy, please call and ask to speak with a supervisor, and we will work diligently to resolve identified problems.

UAB Home Infusion Therapy resolves complaints when they are received. If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, it becomes a grievance. Within five calendar days of receiving the grievance, management will notify you that an investigation is ongoing. A complete resolution will be provided in writing within 14 days. You may also contact the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy and / or an accreditation body, if needed.
