BlazerID uab. edu / blazerID or askIT @ uab. edu
Your BlazerID will be your login information or username for most systems, facilities, and services at UAB. If you do not have a BlazerID or if you have questions about your BlazerID or password, visit the website or call 205.996.5555.
Your BlazerID automatically provides you with a uab. edu email address. To ensure you receive all necessary emails from UAB Medicine, you will need to link it to your uabmc. edu email address that you are provided as a new hire. Visit the BlazerID website and select“ Change E-mail Preferences” to do so.
Benefits
Detailed information regarding your benefits can be found on ONE. Remember, you have 31 days from your hire date to enroll and complete your benefits information.
BENEFIT FOCUS // uab. edu / hrintouch All UAB Medicine employees enroll through an online system called Benefit Focus. Access this system to see a summary of your benefits after you are enrolled.
UAB Callahan Eye Hospital employees should contact their HR department to enroll in a benefits plan.
DIRECT DEPOSIT + PAYROLL Direct deposit is required for all UAB Medicine employees.
UAB Hospital employees should complete a self-service application online at uab. edu / adminsys to initiate direct deposit.
UAHSF and UAB Health System employees should complete the direct deposit application form in Benefit Focus at uab. edu / hrintouch.
