Pontio Visit
Staff Training
A staff training day was held on
the 4th of January which included
a very informative presentation by
Cheryl from the Alzheimer's
Society which highlighted the
effects and causes of the disease.
Our new cafe team which
includes Emily, Julie and Kerry
visited Pontio in Bangor on the
10th of January as part of a
visit to the city to research
ideas for our cafe, the trip also
included a visit to the Blue Sky
Cafe.
Visit to Canolfan
Addysg Y Bont
On the 19th of October we were invited
along with a number of other providers to
attend Canolfan Addysg Y Bont in Llangefni
for their options morning. The day was
organised to give parents and the pupils at
the school an insight into the day services
and support available on Anglesey.

Rob meets the Reds
In August last year Robert got the
opportunity to meet Sqn Ldr Mike Ling (Red
10) from the RAF’s Red Arrows before their
display at the Rhyl Airshow. He was able to
present him with a personalised red arrows
mug that he made for him in the pottery
workshop on the farm.
