Condominium of 90 single-family homes in the Chilean
municipality of Isla de Maipo in the crown of Santiago de
Chile.
All the houses are solved by three typologies and their
symmetrical ones, which are located in the project in the
optimal way to look for the North light. These typologies will
be T1, T2 and T3, of three, three and four bedrooms
respectively, always on two floors above ground without a
basement. The T2 and T3 typologies are located in the East
and West boundaries, while the T1 are located in the two
large groups of central parcels delimited by the three
longitudinal streets.
Project for the construction of two semi-detached houses in
Villanueva de la Cañada, Madrid. Especially important in this
case is the choice of materials. We use them to emphasize
the main ideas of the project. The materials mark the volume
changes and help to understand from the outside the
organization of the interior spaces.
