RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES
Free arcades of housing that only host access to the portals,
contribute to that role of public space, free and passable.
The two pieces are topped to the road in a very transparent
way thanks to the glass rails and their terraced character in
the attics.
The concrete dominates the entire enclosure, combining
volumes of cloths in very light gray with others, mostly
recesses and cores of vertical communications in brown
color. In this way an industrialization is guaranteed that leads
to a saving in time and cost and a minimum conservation of
the façade.
The types of housing, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, set in the
traditional day-night, public-private core, break, with the
absence of doors in the living room the usual routes, in
addition to providing spaces of greater versatility,
functionality and spatial amplitude. Sometimes, the furniture
or the cupboards free of entry, separate the different
interior ways.
