The North area is divided into two parts by an old road. This pre-existence is maintained creating two opposite poles with the location of the Summer Palace and the Winter Palace on both sides of the road.
The 5-star Christmas themed hotel is located in front of the lake, taking advantage of the views of the sheet of water and the possibility of practicing water sports.
Clients will be able to enjoy floating pavilions with different uses and which will be accessible by boat in summer season and means of locomotion on ice in winter.
