The North area is divided into two parts by an old road . This pre-existence is maintained creating two opposite poles with the location of the Summer Palace and the Winter Palace on both sides of the road .
The 5-star Christmas themed hotel is located in front of the lake , taking advantage of the views of the sheet of water and the possibility of practicing water sports .
Clients will be able to enjoy floating pavilions with different uses and which will be accessible by boat in summer season and means of locomotion on ice in winter .
