The proposal tries to integrate into the existing urban

• Respecting the plot of roads that the city as a
whole organizes and that is clearly the fruit of the
search for a correct orientation of the plots and the
houses, with adequate sunlight to the North and
protection of the prevailing winds from the Southwest.
•
Prolonging part of the vials of the adjacent
environment, in such a way that this integration with
the existing is as fluent as possible, without causing
ruptures and if it conforming a gear as natural as
possible.
• Foreseeing future enlargements of green areas
and possible extensions of the roads proposed in
the intervention.
