Themed resort dedicated to Christmas as a
common thread.

A protection area will be created along the
lakes and wetlands, which will divide the land
into two clearly differentiated areas on which
we can install the functions of the program.
Throughout this area of protection there will
be a large permanent exhibition of land art
that promotes new talent.
This area will include low-density features
such as villas, a 5-star theme hotel and glam-
ping areas, creating a low environmental
impact and thus preserving the nature and
landscape of the area.
The northern zone currently contains settle-
ments connecting with other parts of the city,
what it means it is an urban area. Our inten-
tion is to preserve this current role in the area
and locate functions such as a Tourism
University, a Culinary Research Center,
residential area, commercial street, etc.
