FEMCARE PODS
If you are a female runner and are menstruating on race weekend, we have a dedicated, clearly marked toilet at the start, approximately half-way and at the finish containing feminine product for your convenience. These dedicated femcare pods will be branded toilets containing the MENstruation Foundation, TTOM and TOMI logos.

GREEN INITIATIVES
The Two Oceans Marathon NPC is committed to environmentally conscious running behaviour, including but not limited to reduced water consumption, stringent waste management and upcycling. The goodie bag has been especially sourced as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. Once again, the event will be completely sachet-free in a bid to eliminate plastic waste from the route, so all hydration will be served in wax-lined paper cups. The waste management plan in place offers a sustainable way to collect and process the non-organic waste generated during race week.
