CHARITY ENTRIES AND BENEFICIARIES
Applications to be an official charity were called for after entries opened. Runners were able to buy these charity entries directly from the charity involved. Our official fundraising platform is GivenGain, and funds raised for charity on this platform are and were directly paid over to the charities every week. Upon entry, runners could also make a direct donation to TOMI, the Two Oceans Marathon Initiative.
CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY
A final entry confirmation via email and / or SMS was sent to all 2025 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon entrants, and runners could also confirm they had received an entry by logging in to their profiles on the Race Admin Entry system.
CLUB GAZEBOS
Club Gazebos are located on middle campus. Please check with your club where your club gazebo is situated, if applicable.
Gazebo bookings are open to all! You do not need to belong to a club. Celebrate after your race with your favourite food and beverage vendors and dedicated DJs on the decks from our official radio partner, Heart FM.
CONTINGENCY PLANS
Contingency plans to re-route any race in the event of a natural or other disaster( e. g. fire on Chapman’ s Peak) will be clearly communicated and widely published and disseminated, including via an SMS to you. We work closely with the relevant authorities to ensure a smooth emergency transition.

EARPHONES iPods, MP3 players or music devices of any
Eis for... sort with earphones or headphones are not allowed. These are a safety hazard and hinder your interaction with runners, race officials and marshals. Running with these items could result in disqualification, and you will be disqualified if you fail to adhere to an instruction from a marshal or traffic official as a result of wearing earphones.

The 2025 Expo will take place at DHL Stadium, Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Green Point, Cape Town. Wednesday, 2 April: 10h00 to 20h00 Thursday, 3 April: 10h00 to 20h00 Friday, 4 April: 10h00 to 20h00 Saturday, 5 April: 09h00 to 15h00( The Expo is open to all, but only Half Marathon runners may collect their race number on Saturday). Doors close at 15h00 sharp.
Don’ t miss the opportunity to get your pre-race massage at the TOM Performance Zone. Bookings are available on the race admin entry system.
CLUB KIT
All South African runners should wear the official clothing of their athletics club for the Ultra Marathon. If you are entered as a club member in the Half Marathon, club kit must be worn to qualify for team prizes. Your race day kit must also comply with the relevant advertising rules. If you are a templicenced runner in the Half Marathon, you may wear the official TTOM 2025 Half Marathon race T-shirt or a plain, non-branded T-shirt. Please refer to the Race Rules. Your TTOM 2025 race numbers must be worn unaltered throughout the race on the front and back of your running vest.
