Acquisitions * completed during this reporting period, include:
> > December 2015: Willbros Professional Services, a Tulsa-based business segment of Willbros Group Willbros Professional Services’ employees provide engineering, integrity and field services to oil and gas markets. The addition positions TRC as the leading provider of end-to-end solutions in both the power and oil and gas markets.
> > May 2015: X-Line, Inc., based in Villa Rica, Georgia X-Line’ s employees provide distribution engineering and design services to customers in the power and telecommunications industries. X-Line’ s footprint in the southeast U. S. strengthened our presence in existing markets and brought opportunities to expand relationships with major clients in power distribution and telecommunications.
> > September 2014: NOVA, based in Midland, Texas Nova’ s employees provide safety training and environmental services as well as oil spill response, remediation and general oil field construction services to customers in the oil and gas industry.
