Perhaps April is the best time to visit Yamanashi and Ibaraki. You can enjoy a bottle from the last batch of
Sake produced in the snowy season, “hunt” for Sakura - a wine only produced during the cherry blossom
season in April. In the meantime as summer approaches, try a fresh bottle of sweet Umeshu.
