in your potential client’s
neighborhood that you have
sold in the past. This list should
be in the form of a spreadsheet
including the information below,
but should not include the
sellers’ or buyers’ names.
• Photo and description
• Home’s address
• Short description, i.e., number
of bedrooms, baths, etc.
• Listing price
• Time on the market
• Sales price
