Through my challenge constellation, i conducted a list of 5 reasons why the light rail, isn’t a safe place for students from 3-6 in the afternoon, as listed in the picture above. So at this point, there are problems and there are several reasons why these problems exist, we can see that, but how to solve it, is the real question. Well it’s considerably easy on deciding, as a result of something we were taught, a decision matrix!
