The Walking Tour of 2018 - 1P
The walking tour with first semester students is one of the most important outdoors activities of the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Unicolombo.
This activity has been organized with the purpose of consolidating knowledge about the history of Cartagena de Indias and its most important tourist sites.
As a student of this bachelor, I was lucky enough to live this experience and I really don not regret anything.
In this activity we had the opportunity not only to visit the most important tourist sites of Cartagena, but also to learn more about these. Not mention how much fun it was for all my classmates.
Cartagena has many interesting places with many history facts that maybe local people have not still discovered. These places are also one of the most important attraction for national and international tourists, that is the reason why we need to know many details as possible.
Our challenge is to know how to explain this products to the tourists, no matter their nationalities. Cartagena stands out for its past about treasures, pirates, galleon ships, slaves and the construction of some parts of the city, with the different architectural styles.
Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable experience.
