Salvete amores!
I can not believe that I'm almost halfway through my term as NJCL Parliamentarian. I've had so much fun writing amendments to propose at FPM and writing the Constitutional FAQs that are now up on the website! But more importantly, it's been so great talking to so many of you!
I've also been slowly but surely working on both my Chapter Constitution Guide and the Campaign Corner which I can't wait to show you all. As always, reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns.
I hope everyone has a great winter and I'm so excited (and maybe a little impatient) to see you all at Miami in the summer!
Gratias,
Isabella Ochoa
Salvete omnes!
I have had a great time so far being your NJCL Historian. Recently, I’ve been finishing up the 2024 Convention History. It’s been a lot of fun compiling all of the data for it. Additionally, I have done a pretty large chunk of the first quarterly zine! All of the photos are compiled together and organized, and I can’t wait to show you all the final product.
I attended FPM (virtually) at Miami University since I had pneumonia. Needless to say, it was a great time.
Finally, I want to make a quick shameless plug for the Photo of the Month (POTM) contest. We’ve been having record numbers of people submitting, and I’m so glad that you all are enjoying the contest! If you’d like to submit, the link is here.
I can’t wait to have a fantastic winter and Saturnalia! If you have any questions about POTM, Zines, or anything else, feel free to reach out at [email protected]. I’m looking forward daily to convention, and I’m super excited to see you all then!
Gratias,
Philip Towbin
