It’s time to run for office! I have been working to restart the NJCL Constitution Contest. If you are interested, please check out the link here. This is for ANYONE to submit their school’s constitution, you do not have to be a Parliamentarian! I have also been working to increase candidate numbers and reach out to potential candidates!
The Campaign Corner is a publication intended to inform individuals interested in running for office, now or in the future, of the election process. I urge you all to consider becoming a candidate because running for national office can be such a rewarding experience. You do not have to have held a state officer position to run! It seems like a daunting task but you will be overwhelmed with support from your state and from other JCL’ers!
I also worked on and facilated officer takeovers on the NJCL instagram which allowed for people to see a day in the life of an NJCL officer as well as give more tips and tricks on running for office!
