There has been a flurry of correspondence on the Spot market
WhatsApp group in regards to persons observed violating posted
speed restrictions, stop signs and the like. It has been accompanied
by various comments and views on the nature of the roads within the
estate, and suggestions as to how the road rules can be enforced.
As an ex-member of the Governance Committee on the estate, I can
