Early November 2021

The main takeaway tin and zine will be received by all students who have attended the pop up event . The zine will give the student ’ s time to reflect and tips and tricks to read in their spare time as December rolls around . The first few months after freshers are the hardest for students , therefore this is critical for the students to start learning about how loneliness is a normal feeling .

Late November 2021

After the first event has occurred and all the students who have attended have received there blab takeaway tins . Blab will make more presence online and on Instagram asking student ’ s to share their experiences and creating excitement for the pop up to come back in January .

January 2022

The last month of the event for the year , the pop up event will return in a different location in the city . The students who choose to return will get in for free if they show proof of their tin or zine from the previous event , and if they choose to hand it in for it to be upcycled for someone else . Anyone new to the event this time will pay £ 2.00 entry , if they have received a zine from a friend or housemate this will also gain them free entry . January is the second time in the year Paul Dodsley mentioned student ’ s suffering the most , after they have returned from there family homes after Christmas . ( Dodsley , 2021 ).
