September 2021
The posters will start popping up in the cities , bus stops , parks and on university exterior walls . This is to create excitement for the upcoming event before it arrives . The Instagram account will go live .

Late September 2021
The ribbon on the city floors , and on buildings will start appearing leading to the pop up event . This will happen a few times before the pop up event appears covering the city with the lime green ribbon . Creating exciting and momentum around the event before it has already arrived , many students will be inquisitive .

October 2021
The main campaign will launch , the pop up events will start appearing in the 10 cities chosen for the trail run of the events . The pop up ’ s will last between the start of October to the start of November , this was decided due to the insight from Student support advisor Paul Dodsley who said ‘ Students struggle the most in October and January after freshers has finished and the dust has settled ”( Dodsley , 2021 ). Blab will therefore will harness this timeline and be there when students need it the most .
