Contact: Director of Internal Communications and Culture Summary Linney partnered with Merlin Entertainments to bring their purpose, values, and culture to life for colleagues across the globe. Leveraging our strategy, creative, film, animation, and print expertise, we developed and delivered a series of high-impact internal communications initiatives. Key Projects
• Purpose & Values Launch: Collaborated with Merlin’ s executive team to refine and articulate their global purpose and values. Produced engaging films and key visual creatives to communicate them company-wide.
We focus on the powerful moments when people interact most closely with brands, and engineer when they connect with ideas. On screen. On shelves. In their hands. Or in their heads. With expertise across all communications platforms, we’ re channel-neutral and cover the entire marketing supply chain – from insight and consumer research to design, print and POS, ecommerce fulfilment, digital signage and film production, packaging, events and more.
• GoWatch Internal TV Series: Created and produced a five-episode internal TV show, from strategy and storyboarding through to on-location filming. For Series 2, we trained internal talent to present and film their own segments, which we then edited and packaged.
• GoTogether Internal Channel: Designed and activated Merlin’ s internal communications hub, delivering a cohesive brand identity and supporting assets across print, digital, and video channels.
Through these projects, Linney helped Merlin connect and engage their people worldwide with consistent, creative, and measurable communications.
