By Kuda Shambira Prepare yourself for a love affair with your garden this summer as we explore the beauty of the delicate Gaura, the dainty Diamond frost and the gracious Gomphostigma. Diamond frost Euphorbia hypericifolia A charming, low maintenance and versatile plant, Diamond frost is a must have for all keen gardeners. It produces clouds of airy white flowers all year round but might suffer a bit in the winter months. However, don’t pull it out during the colder months as it will perk up in the warmer months. It is frost hardy and can withstand temperatures as low as -5 degrees Celsius! It is also a rather heat resistant plant as well as being drought tolerant. This precious little beauty is as tough as nails! This bushy perennial is great for borders in the garden, as it produces wonderful shaped mounds reaching half a metre in height.
