After achieving a top price but only being given a settlement period of 14 days , Cindy and Hilton were initially over the moon until they realised they had nowhere to go . Judi instantly offered them and their cat , Atlas , her home , which has a separate living area where her now grown children used to live .

“ It was so funny during COVID – we were actually in our own little bubble ,” Judi said .
“ During one of the Queensland lockdowns , Cindy would work downstairs , and I was working upstairs and we could hear each other talking away .”
When her sellers and friends Cindy and Hilton found themselves homeless between settlements last year and with no rental history , she stepped in and offered them a home while they waited for the keys to their next house .
Since then , Judi has opened her home to two other sellers so they didn ’ t have to face the tight short stay rental market and has no plans to stop . In a tight-knit community like Paddington , word of mouth is everything and now they know Judi will go above and beyond for her clients .
