NURTURECLOUD MAKING A DIFFERENCE

It ’ s been a huge quarter for the roll-out of NurtureCloud in Australia . 180 offices are now engaged with the product . It is changing the game for so many agents . Dean Yesberg at Ray White Brisbane City recently activated and shared his experience . He said NurtureCloud was working and one of his agents won two auctions directly from the calls made .
He said everyone ’ s having good conversations with other owners and that he ’ s started delegating his calls to his salespeople each morning . Next up he plans to engage Concierge to make 2,500 calls over the next 15 weeks to the contacts in his system who have never been called .
I can see it being a definite edge for us over our rivals who aren ’ t using it .
Lisa Welch and the Ray White Surfers Paradise group said the Main Beach team went live a week ago and upped their calls by 80 per cent from what they were doing pre going live .
“ One agent had booked five appraisals in the last week which is more than they have ever done .” These are all appraisals on properties they admitted they would never have contacted if they weren ’ t in their call list .
“ They said prospecting had become too onerous and they had lost interest as they found it too hard to find a process that worked in VaultRE . I can sense they have new energy and excitement by this which is so good to see as they are a long-term agent who can sell once listed , but wasn ’ t listing as much because their prospecting was almost non-existent .”
