Ray White Mildura and NurtureCloud : a match made in heaven

DAMIAN PORTARO ( PICTURED RIGHT ), AN ELITE BUSINESS LEADER AND CHAIRMAN ELITE AGENT , HAS MORE THAN 12 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE UNDER HIS BELT . HE JOINED RAY WHITE AS A PARTNER IN THE MILDURA BUSINESS IN 2017 AND BECAME THE SOLE OWNER IN 2021 .
Damian has been a mixed adopter of the Ray White One System . He maintained his subscription to real estate CRM Agent Box when transitioning to Ray White , and had never utilised MyDesktop or Vault to manage his database .
Since going live with NurtureCloud , the Ray White Mildura team has consistently performed among the top 10 offices for volume of calls per agent in Victoria .
Although appraisal numbers in 2022 were lower than in 2021 for most of the year , as soon as the team began making calls through NurtureCloud , appraisal numbers started to outperform previous years .

THE NUMBERS

Appraisals up 70 per cent year-on-year .
Listings were up 28 per cent with an obvious spike in May 2023 , despite a six per cent decline in the market ’ s volume of listing .
Pleasingly , after being with the Ray White Group for six years , after only six months on NurtureCloud , Damian is phasing out Agent Box with all new data being entered and managed through NurtureCloud .

• Delegation of calls to a telemarketer , freeing up time for agents to focus on appraisals and face-to-face client interactions .
• Regular monitoring and adjustment of call hours to maintain a manageable workload .
• Increased market share due to improved lead generation and conversion rates .
Ray White Mildura has historically held the second position in the local market . However , since implementing NurtureCloud , the business has seen a significant rise and is now the market leader , surpassing its competitors to claim the number one spot .
