12-HOUR CALL BLITZ
BY SHANNON COOK
To keep energy levels up and focus sharp , the team took regular 10-minute breaks , with lunch and plenty of coffee provided . The support and strategy paid off , as the day turned out to be a record-setting one for Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches .
The calling session proved to be an invaluable initiative , showcasing the team ’ s dedication and collaborative spirit .
Recently , the Ray White Upper North Shore office held a marathon 12-hour calling session , starting bright and early at 7:30am .
Leading the charge was agent Jessica Cao , along with associates Saxon Liddle , who works with Alex Iannuzzelli , and Kai Robertson , who teams up with Tim Latham . The trio began their day by reaching out to clients most likely to answer a call in the morning .
Saxon , fuelled by determination , managed an impressive 607 calls , while Kai followed suit with 378 . Jessica ' s focus was split between making calls to nurture existing relationships and driving traffic to her auctions , which resulted in a mix of 67 NurtureCloud and buyer / vendor calls . Altogether , the team reached an incredible 1,052 calls .
Saxon and Kai ' s goal for the session was to inform clients about an upcoming Ray White Community Charity event , run by Alex and Tim , scheduled for two weeks later . Thanks to their efforts , the event garnered over 400 registrations . Meanwhile , Jessica ’ s calls contributed to the success of her auctions , which ultimately led to sales .
