After almost 30 years in operation , the market-leading team behind East Melbourne ’ s top independent agency have joined Ray White . Directors Jacob Caine and Toby Campbell have been at the company ' s helm since the recent retirement of founder Paul Caine , who launched the business in Melbourne ’ s leafy eastern suburbs 25 years ago . The team of 12 was named Medium Residential Agency of the Year at the REIV Awards last year .

With Sebastian Bonacorso heading the sales division , the team will have nearly 100 years of experience in sales , property management and operations staff . The team is partnering with the existing Ray White Summer Hill and Ray White Ashfield offices , headed up by brothers Michael and Andrew Simpson .
